A bit about me...

I came into the brewing industry after nearly a decade in medicine, mostly because brewing sounds much more appealing than medical school. I used my science background to found Fermly, a third-party craft fermentation lab in Denver focused on QA/QC. In my pursuit of education and elevating the overall knowledge in the community, I rediscovered my aptitude for writing.
